Chugokugakuen","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"「身体の冷え」改善の食材として,ショウガに注目し,ヒトがショウガを単回摂取した際および長期摂取した際の生体応答(体温,血圧,脈拍,末梢血流,表面温度の変化)について検証した。ショウガの単回摂取においては,腋窩体温や血圧の変動は認められないが指末梢血流量が一時的に増加する傾向が認められた。体感的な体温上昇を感じるのは,この末梢血流量の増加に起因した感覚であると考えられる。しかし,今回の条件下(摂取量:ショウガ粉末0.25 ~
