ショウガは漢方で利用されるとともに,食材としても香辛料としても広く利用されている。また,ショウガは最近,身体の「冷え」改善の食材としても注目されている。しかし,ヒトがショウガ摂取した際に「本当に体温が上昇するのか?」については報告が少ない。そこで今回は,人体の生理学的変化を指標にショウガの体温上昇効果についての検証を試みた。まず,ショウガ摂取して短時間後に体感的に指先での血流の変化を感じられる。そこで,ショウガ摂取後の体温,血圧,脈拍数についてその変化を調べた。その結果,体温,血圧については,対照と比べて変動は認められなかった。しかし,脈拍数は摂取1~3分で一時的に上昇し,その後減少が認められた。この脈拍の変動と連動して,指末梢血流も一時的に減少し,摂取後3~5分で徐々に回復した。この血流回復の時期と体感的に体温上昇を感じる時期とは一致していた。摂取後,短時間での末梢血流量の増大は認められたが,体全体の温度の上昇は明確には確認できなかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"中国学園大学/中国短期大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_16":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"1)大和孝子,青峰正裕(2002)女子大学生における冷え症と身体状況および生活環境との関連,総合診断,29,878-884.\n"}]},{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"2)川嶋
