 note = {This paper reports how Okayama English Village events were programmed and conducted. It also discusses how the events were evaluated by the participants and instructors/assisting staff and then proposes how they can be improved. According to the evaluations, the events on the year 2012 were mostly successful, but several points were found that could be improved for the next year. Among these points were:
ｿto consider more carefully the climatic conditions such as the heat of summer;
