本研究は,教育課程総論等における新学習指導要領(教育課程の編成及び実施)の学修(主に栄養教諭免許取得コース)において,食育に関する教育課程の編成・実施の基盤の一つである「地場産物」についての理解を深めることにより学生の学校給食への「地場産物」活用の意欲と実践力を向上させ,その結果,食育に関する教育課程編成の意欲と技能の向上について研究した。\n
