BDHQ)を用い,食生活・食事内容の現状把握と課題を明らかにし,これからの食育を推進するための資料とすることを目的とした。調査対象者の平均年齢は36.5±5.1歳,体格はBMI18.5㎏/㎡以上25㎏/㎡未満のふつうの体格が71.9%であった。推定エネルギー必 要量は2,015±113kcalであり,エネルギー産生栄養素バランスでは,たんぱく質は目標の範囲となっていたが,脂質は目標範囲の上限を超え,炭水化物は下限を下回っていた。各栄養素では,レチノール当量,ビタミンB1,ビタミンC,カルシウム,マグネシウム,鉄,亜鉛が推定平均必要量を下回っていた。飽和脂肪酸,食塩相当量は,目標量上限を上回っており,総食物繊維量,カリウムは,目標量下限を下回っていた。調査対象者を37歳未満と37歳以上との2群に分け,平均値においては,ナイアシン,ビタミンB6,マグネシウムの平均摂取量も37歳以上群において有意に多くなっていたが,マグネシウムは両群とも推定平均必要量を下回っており,ビタミンB6は37歳未満群において推定平均必要量を下回っていた。エネルギー,たんぱく質,植物たんぱく質,炭水化物,ビタミンB1,カリウム,リン,亜鉛,銅の平均摂取量は,37歳以上群において多くなる傾向がみられた。目標量を用いた評価では,脂肪エネルギー比率上限を超えた者が54.7%,総食物繊維の目標量を下回った者は88.0%であった。さらに,不適切な摂取量の者の割合をみたところ,葉酸では,37歳未満において有意に不適切な者の割合が高くなっていた。栄養素の摂取量や食品摂取量の結果から,野菜の中でも特に緑黄色野菜,果物,魚介類,大豆・大豆製品,乳製品,海藻の摂取不足が推察された。食塩相当量は,対象者全員が目標量を上回っており,減塩に向けて改善していく必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24770/00001183","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"中国学園大学/中国短期大学"}]},"item_10002_relation_16":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"厚生労働省:令和3年度
