Organizations need to be prepared for constant change in the current fast paced business world and therefore need dynamic management through knowledge creation. Knowledge creation is a dynamic business activity involving coaction and interaction through innovative ideas and meanings. However, because of individualism and competitiveness, the importance of humans and the need to relate to each other is often times overlooked, and hence forth affect the impact of knowledge creation in businesses.
