本研究では,腸内環境の改善に着目し,クローン病患者にシンバイオティスを摂取させ,その効果について検討した。クローン病患者25名を対象とし,シンバイオティクスをレミケードの投与期間に合わせて8週間摂取させた。シンバイオティクスの摂取前と8週間摂取後のレミケード投与前に採血を行い血漿TNF-α濃度を測定し比較検討した。血漿TNF-α値が介入前と比べ介入後では,有意(P<0.05)に減少しており,24名中21名
